2.What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, so we can answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to your request. Kept for as long as needed to handle it, then deleted within 12 months.
WhatsApp: when you message us, WhatsApp shares your phone number and profile name with us. We use them to answer, activate your account and send reminders about it. Legal basis: performance of the contract. WhatsApp's own processing is governed by its privacy policy.
Subscription: the email address or number you give us for delivery of your account, the plan and the dates. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations on invoicing. Kept for the statutory accounting period.
3.Processors
Contact form messages are sent to us as email through Resend, Inc. (United States), which processes the data on our behalf under standard contractual clauses.
This website is hosted by Vercel, Inc. (United States). Request logs including IP addresses are processed for security and delivery of the site.
4.Cookies and analytics
This site sets two functional cookies. NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you chose. prima_country stores the two-letter code of the country your connection resolves to, so one heading on the home page can name it; it is derived from your IP address by our host and kept for a year. Neither contains an identifier and neither needs consent.
Audience measurement uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not build a profile of you. Page views are counted with a hashed, non-reversible identifier that is discarded after 24 hours. No advertising trackers are used.
5.Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@prima4k.com. You can also complain to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
