Before you start

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Get your M3U link

    Your Prima 4K message includes an M3U link. If it does not, ask us on WhatsApp and we send it.

  2. Step 2

    Open a network stream

    In VLC, choose Media, Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N on Windows, Cmd+N on macOS).

  3. Step 3

    Paste the M3U link

    Paste the link in the address field and press Play. VLC loads the playlist.

  4. Step 4

    Browse the channels

    Open the playlist window (View, Playlist) to see the channels. Double-click one to watch. Save the playlist with Ctrl+Y to reopen it later.

If something goes wrong

The full playlist is several thousand entries. Ask us for a smaller playlist limited to your country and it opens in seconds.

Type the username and password exactly as sent, with no spaces before or after. Both are case-sensitive. If you copied them from an email, delete any trailing space.

Run a speed test on the device. Below 10 Mbps, move closer to the router or use Ethernet. If the speed is fine, restart the app and the router, then try another server from the list we sent.

The account may have expired or be in use on another device at the same time. Message us with your username and we check it in a minute.
