Installation on MAG box

MAG 250 to MAG 524 and other Infomir boxes, via the portal URL.

Before you start

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Send us the MAC address

    Copy the MAC address from the sticker under the box (or from System settings, Device info) and send it to us on WhatsApp. We register the box on your account.

  2. Step 2

    Open the portal settings

    On the box, go to Settings, System settings, Servers, Portals.

  3. Step 3

    Enter the portal URL

    In Portal 1 URL, type the portal address we sent you. Leave the name as it is and save.

  4. Step 4

    Restart the box

    Choose Restart portal or unplug the box for ten seconds. The channel list loads on the next boot.

If something goes wrong

The MAC address is not yet linked to your account. Message us the address again; registration takes a minute.

Type the username and password exactly as sent, with no spaces before or after. Both are case-sensitive. If you copied them from an email, delete any trailing space.

Run a speed test on the device. Below 10 Mbps, move closer to the router or use Ethernet. If the speed is fine, restart the app and the router, then try another server from the list we sent.

The account may have expired or be in use on another device at the same time. Message us with your username and we check it in a minute.
