1.The seven-day guarantee
Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not work for you, tell us within seven days of activation and we refund the full amount paid.
2.How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@prima4k.com with the username of your account and a short description of the problem. We may suggest a fix first; if it does not resolve the issue, or you simply prefer a refund, we process it.
3.Timing
Refunds are issued to the payment method you used, within 5 working days of your request. Depending on the provider it can take a few more days to appear.
4.What is not refundable
Requests made after the seven-day window. Accounts suspended for breach of the acceptable-use terms. Reseller credits, which are governed by the reseller agreement. Free trials, which cost nothing.
5.Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
